REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective March 25, 2021

Please inspect our services immediately upon completion. If there is a problem with the services provided, please contact us at (405) 637-5779 within three (3) days of receipt. You may also email us at info@workshopcreative.com. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right.

If our services were provided under a written contract, please reference that contract for more information on refunds and cancelations.

If you are returning physical product, you will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges. A traceable return shipping method is required (FedEx, UPS, etc). Returns must be received in original condition and in the original packaging within 30 days. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original account. Shipping and Delivery Service charges are not refundable.

To make a return, contact our customer service team at: info@workshopcreative.com, or at (405) 637-5779. You must include your invoice number, prepay the postage, and insure each package.
